Quicker Launches SeriesOne DR Solid State Relay Timer

time: 2022-12-07

With the combination of proprietary thermal management technology and mature solid state relay expertise, Kuaida now launches the "SeriesOneDR" timer with advanced timing. This product not only provides a special 6 amp AC/DC rated solid-state output, but also has 8 kinds of precision timing functions with 18 timing change options. The special 11mm wide compact DIN rail mounting package is suitable for direct control of resistive and inductive loads.
Kuaida's advanced solid-state relay technology now combines eight different microprocessors based on timing functions, including 18 possible timing change options. It is applicable to direct control contactors, solenoid valves, motors, heaters, lights, etc. with control panels. The SeriesOneDR timer series can provide rated output of 6amp/24 to 280VAC or 6amp/1 to 60VDC, and the ambient temperature is 40 ° C. The rated value is more than most solid-state output timers on the market today, allowing direct control of multiple loads, without the use of power relays that require low-power timer interfaces.
The available timing functions include "A" and "At" delays, "B" single shot, "C" interrupt delays, "H" and "Ht" intervals, "L" and "Li" repeat cycles, and "U" multi-function including functions A, At, Ac, B, Bw, C, D, Di, H, and Ht. The basic timing function is selected through the screw slot rotary switch on the side of the SeriesOneDR timer, and the front panel of the timer can perform fine timing adjustment. Although this arrangement provides convenient and simple timing adjustment for technical staff, it significantly reduces the basic functions of accidental changes.
As far as the SeriesOneDR timer model is concerned, whether it is 90 to 140VAC or the 180 to 240VAC option only suitable for AC output, the control rating of 12 to 24VDC is suitable for all models. All Kuaida SeriesOneDR timers comply with UL and cUL certification, UL motor control rating certification, RoHS and China RoHS standards, and CE certification of low-voltage and EMC directives.
